Service Description

THIS SERVICE OPTION IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO CLIENTS WHO ORIGINALLY HAD BROW FEATHERING WITH US. This service is available within 2 years of Feathering as a refresher for your brows. We professionally measure your brows, according to your facial features. We then consult you on colour, shape and thickness. We will numb the skin and perform the feather stroke/microblading. After care is provided. ** Deposit of $250 required for this booking, this is deducted from total of treatment cost. Deposit non-refundable however appointment can be moved if done so before 7 days of scheduled appointment

Cancellation Policy

Friendly reminder WE ARE A FEMALE ONLY SERVICE We have a 24 hour cancellation policy or you will be charged 50% of the total cost of your booking. We are closed Sundays & Mondays, so if you are booked on Tuesday you must cancel by Saturday 2pm. If an appointment is cancelled (not rescheduled) a charge of 10% of your total treatment cost will be deducted. If you No Show to your appointment or cancellation at the time of your booking, 100% of the total cost of your booking fee will be charged, this includes prepurchased treatments and gift vouchers. If you are late to your appointment we may not be able to complete your treatment and the total cost of your booking fee will be charged. Please show up to your appointment 5 minutes prior to your appointment. To avoid these fees, confirm or cancel via text or phone call. We have a large waiting list so please be mindful to give us ampule opportunity to fill your appointment slot.
